DZIMBAHWE ARTS AND CULTURE FESTIVAL @ 10
Great Zimbabwe University is pleased to announce that its premier arts and culture festival, the Dzimbahwe Arts and Culture Festival, celebrates 10 years of successful promotion and celebration of Zimbabwean arts, culture and heritage this year and that a number of events have been lined up at venues around the City of Masvingo from 27th to the 29th of September 2017 to celebrate the decade long festival.
Dzimbahwe Arts and Culture Festival is a multi-disciplinary arts festival held annually byGreat Zimbabwe University for and on behalf on the Masvingo community. The festival was initiated in 2008 as a brain child of Great Zimbabwe University. The festival brings together students, the community, professionals and practitioners in the fields of culinary arts, visuals arts, performing and literary arts among others.
We invite schools, colleges, public and private organisations and members of the public to come and join us as we celebrate our arts, culture and heritage at the following venues and times:
