About the Department

The Department of adult and continuing Education offers career-oriented diploma, degree (honours) and special certificate programmes for learners who wish to pursue higher education alongside a busy lifestyle and demanding work schedule. These programmes are a gateway to rewarding careers such as; Instructors, Teachers of youths and adults, Non-formal education coordinators / lifelong learning, Lecturers in vocational education, Lecturers in polytechnical education, Community development officers, Training officers, Literacy tutors, Health promoters/educators, Supervisors in all sectors of economy.
